Those were very smart looking uniforms. My father pointed them out to me, the first time I watched "The Devil's Brigade".

Hmmm, I think if they really wanted to instill some pride, they should get rid of those stupid-ass berets they all have to wear.
And these uniforms are "cost-neutral"? My monthly clothing allowance usually afforded a couple pairs of socks!
But it's a good idea, especially if "Ike" style jackets are available. Next thing ya know, they'll be bringing Sam Browne belts!
