I USE FLICKR, it is free and also allows you to post images of different sizes into a thread, and they link back to the site where you can view the full size image.

Right now, I'm using Imgur, and it seems to be working pretty well. It's very easy to upload your photos, and then get the link to copy and paste the photo into your blog.
I have used Photobucket previously (until they went haywire), and then I was using cubeupload.com, but it looks like their servers go down unexpectedly, and your photos can't be seen (and if I remember, you can log in to the site, but that's about as far as you can go).
