Here's an idea..... If you see something you'd like let me know and I'll put it on hold for you. When they get a handle on the situation we can do business again !

Take care, be safe, stay home. You went above and beyond in this crisis... no need to roll the dice with your health or that of your family... especially at their advanced age.

God Bless.

Thanks for the reply John! No, I can't do $30 shipped even without a shipping quote. When things settle down I'll get a price based on your zip code and we'll go from there.
How's that?

My recommendation below requires that you have internet access and a home printer.

I would like to recommend that you reconsider setting up a PayPal account and / or an account with the USPS. By accepting PayPal, you limit any exposure to yourself of handling cash, checks, or money orders sent to you and most people may not want to or even be able to run out to get a money order to send to you. Accepting PayPal limits their exposure, too.

PayPal has a relationship with the USPS and you can create shipping labels right from home using PayPal for transactions sent to you. You then need only print and put the shipping label on the box and have your mail carrier take the package from your home, so no need to run to your local post office.

If you still decide not to accept PayPal, you can get accurate cost estimates from the USPS website. By creating a free account with the USPS, you can then purchase and print shipping labels at home and have the mail carrier take the package for you. Again, no need to expose yourself to others.

While Covid-19 is definitely disrupting so many of the normal ways of life that we are accustomed, there are still ways to adapt.

I'll put the Rooikat on hold for you Corsair.

In the next week or so I will resume sales. And will contact everybody who had an interest in buying to see if they still want those kits.

Thanks again to everybody who bought or made inquiries. We're almost over the hump!

It looks like I'm open for sales again.
Not too scary using a rural post office for shipping. People actually mask up out in the boonies !
Be safe & healthy AND mask up when you go out !
Have a good weekend too !

To reduce shipping costs, have you tried a service like Parcel Monkey?

Parcel Monkey does NOT look like the way to go! I saw more complaints than praise ! Slow service, lost & damaged packages, spotty refunds. NOT worth it IMHO !
Anybody else have any experience with them, good or bad?
