I would consider it non essential. On the other hand I am so used to taking apart my airbrushes so I don't see any advantage.
When the needle gets so blocked that I can't pull it back with the trigger it needs a good cleaning. Usually a thorough cleaning is needed long before the needle sticks so badly.
I see it as an attempt to improve on something that does not really need an improvement but maybe I am just turning grumpy with age ...

Does anyone here use (or have used) an Iwata Triple Action Handle.

If so would appreciate your thoughts. Is it useful upgrade or is it unnecessary, more of a gimmick.
