Congratulations !!!! It's been 2 1/2 years for me and I've never been busier !!
A tip that I had to learn the hard way.... Develop a routine and stick to it. Go out for lunch with old friends once a week. Volunteer somewhere and make new friends. Get some exercise !!!!
I put on 15 pounds in my first year and it was hard to take off.
Most importantly.... Enjoy your self and good luck !

Anthony,

Where at in North Carolina? I'm due to retire soon and have been looking at locations in North Carolina. Currently I live in Maryland.

Cheers!

Congrats guy been out about a year now, and not really got nothing done that I wanted to so far. LOL
But getting way more model time, and wood working then I did before.
Have to look into that Routine, sounds the plan.

I retired (took voluntary redundancy) yesterday. 29 years with the company. Slightly unsettling but a quick trip to my local model shop calmed the nerves!
