Hi Guys!
I am going to do a thread on the maintenance and repair of my model collection, the reason being that I have a lot of unfinished kits some going back decades! and I also have a large amount of finished kits that have been damaged to various extents.
I hope that some might find some of this useful and that it keeps me motivated to finish them.
Well here is a couple boxes of what I have to work with.
Cheers Rob.

Thanks Jeff!
The cabinets are Detolf from Ikea, the P-38 is the Academy kit done for the fighters campaign.
Still have to finish my Monogram one I started in the 80's
Cheers Rob.

I have had to jump around a bit to give various assemblies a chance to dry well, here I am working on a Dragon halftrack that the suspension took quite a beating I am using Tamiya extra thin as I don't think it will damage the paint as much as my normal glue. And finally my M32 that is back to the way it was!

Some of those tracks are from that sand colored Centurion. I have a replacement side bin if you need it. Free of charge of course.

Thanks for the offer Robert!
But I'm not going to put a lot into some of these older kits I have too many newer ones to get to.

Getting there!
Still missing some pieces hopefully they turn up.
Surprisingly the half track came out well with just some minor touch up's to the paint.
Cheers Rob.

Rob,
Blessings to you, sir!
Why is it that models are so hard to reassemble?
Is that an R/C T-34 USN trainer I see?
The P-40B - Airfix or Trumpeter?
I've wanted a T-19 since Kelly's Heros came out!
Go man, they need you.

Hi Fredrick,
It's a long story but they where not packed by me when I moved and where just thrown in a box with a bunch of heavy stuff thrown on top!
It's the Trumpeter F-9f-2 and that is the Airfix P-40 although that is a new build so not rebuilt.
The suspension for the T-19 had small parts broken into several smaller parts it's almost like building it out of tiny toothpicks.
Cheers Rob.

Thanks Roy!
They were plenty strong enough! just not for someone to throw them in a box and then throw heavy metal stuff on top.

It feels as if there is a story wanting to be told behind all this. At least a story I would like to hear
