has anyone ever had missing sprues or links

I just opened up a christmas gift and no tracks but have the "N" sprue

I don't wanna go the metal route these look like they will drive a crazy person sane never used a jig before was excited

I sent them a msg on FB it's the weekend no panic just wondered how big of a process this might turn into
