ICM kits are great value andintresting subjects the lack of PE helps keep the costs down

Kind of a grim & dull-looking subject. That a first-rate army would field something this basic is stunning. I also wonder about the vinyl tires. Are they safe or will they slowly eat the kit's rims?

I know about the issue with vinyl tyres and I have never suffered the issue mentioned with an ICM product.
