A simple paint shaker built from scraps and a common tool:
I use a small pill bottle that holds the Vallejo size bottle tightly. The bottle is taped to a brass bar that fits the jigsaw. It works well.

Dang that looks sweet.
Nice idea there.
Reason we beat all of them in WW II.
Plus a butt load of pill bottles here.

That's thinking, outside the box. You can use different size bottles and cotton balls to accommodate a variety of paints.

You can always order bottles from sites like Amazon or eBay.

Thanks for posting this. I just bought a jigsaw last week to rig up a shaker, buy my clamps are too big for it. I like you pill bottle idea. I can tape it to one of the long blades that came with it. I only want to shake the dropper bottles since I use a battery stirrer for the Tamiya bottles.

You need to grind the end of the clamp down a bit to fit in the jigsaw

Thought I’d share my roughed-up version of the pill bottle shaker: Two bottles taped onto a long 'keyless' jigsaw blade... thus, the Double-Barrel Shaker. Adding the second bottle was actually instrumental in eliminating severe lateral wob-b-b-b-b-b-ble!😖
Note how the bottle tabs allow turning clearance between the lids. And with lids in this upside-down mode, Vallejo paints fit nice and snug inside — no spacer necessary.
I’m even considering a triple-barrel version in the near future!🛠
Cheers!🍺
