How to add photo to campagn gallery?

I can't find any information on how to add photos to campaign gallery. I've looked over the campaign gallery and can't see anything to allow adding a photo.

when you first click on the gallery, you have to log in again. its a different domain, or something.
then you will see the "upload photos" menu item in the upper right.
