Saw that Alacran in a Tankograd book, and when I figure out some dimensions for the bucket arm there's an Esci kit waiting for conversion! Should be an interesting scratch-build...

If you like to scratch build something smaller there is the Norwegian NM130 Armoured Recovery Vehicle based on an M-24 chassis.
