Looks nice, but I am satisfied with my Large small shop one.

I do not think they are still around but one heck of customer support they had.

Yes they are great folks to do business with.

The bending machine at the moment is on CNC machines, based on the first version, improved, is larger than the previous. It will be possible to purchase. A dozen or so of the first version went to the USA. I am a modeler, and I included everything I needed at photo etched parts. I am also looking for a distributor in the US, if you knew who would be interested please contact me.

Main features:
- Base dimensions: 200mm x 100 mm
- Tighten the screws on the springs
- Bending the teeth 10, including one at 45 degrees horizontally
- Possibility of reverse mounting the upper red detail
- 200 mm straight bending lines
- The weight of about 515 grams of a very stable base
- Made of aluminum alloy used in the army

If you wanted to get more creative or add more functionality, you could add different radius grooves in the bottom of the base to be used to curve pieces. Possibly even adding rods of the corresponding radii into holes cut in the side of the base. But that's getting pretty complex and would raise the price exponentially.

So I thought about rod holes, thanks for the attention. Due to the cost of the machining I resigned, but in the future, who knows. I try to develop the structure, and based on experience. Thank you for the feedback, I look forward to your further comments.
On the right is a place where you can bend small details 1:72, 1: 144, color scheme is good?

Keep it simple for now. Once you sell a few and have extra money, then make different models with other features. Colors are nice, but is the PE easily visible on the tool?

I have a smallshop PE bender and its black and natural aluminium. The brass PE stands out.

Blue and red are also well visible, not all PE parts are in brass. I thought to make all the gold, but now you gave me to think.

The whole was made on CNC, now it is anodised. It looks like before the color is applied, the color is so that the eyes do not tire, because if it was uncovered then long work would be a nuisance.
Yesterday I drove to anodize, the colors will be darker.

I came up with a crazy idea want three pieces to make gold, with knobs like diamonds, what do you think?

Anodizing went so well, unless it was dark enough to allow long work.

Rafhart,
It certainly looks like nice tool with some interesting features. I can't help with the distribution aspect but provided the price and shipping aren't crazy, I'll likely give one a try.

I have RP, Small Shop and some home-machined tools I use, but I'm always interested in trying another bender since I do a lot of photoetch.

I'll keep an eye out for when you begin selling your bender.

Generally, bending machines are built and ready to ship, the price will be slightly higher than the RB, but other classes.

Hello, unfortunately I did not find a modeling shop that would like to order bending machines.
Thank you all for the comments, I wish you many successful models and I will probably make a difference as I will be building the third version. Best wishes.
