I'm going to have to go in and redo most of my offerings, as the more pieces that aren't on a sprue of some sort the more $$ it will be under the new structure.
bear with me while I get thru putting all my models on sprues to get the coat back down. I fear several people will even be closing up their shops!!

Hi Matt,
That's what my source says he might do if it results in a 300% price change like he fears.

I can't really see any major pricing changes on my products. I've always attached multiple parts on sprues as there always was a surcharge per part that wasn't attached. My prices certainly haven't come down, as they seem to hint would be the case. But then they haven't skyrocketed either.

I have a few things up at Shapeways, and the pricing went down about 30%. The only complex part is a T-55 fan.

I had a few that were lots of individual parts that went up like 500% (or more)... the majority of stuff did go down. I'll be redoing a few models in the coming weeks once the OT at work slows down a bit.

For now, some of the more popular models I sell (the VIC systems) have gone down considerably. The VIC-5 went from about $10 to $7. Now I just need to go through and adjust everything (and maybe buy a few things ) accordingly.
And i just checked out one product and I was amazed at the price. Went from $25 down to $9.93! That's what? A 64% drop in price I think. I should've waited to buy it now instead of buying before the price change.

My feelings as well. And I go for the extreme selection to get a better smoothness.
