With the AMPS 2017 International Show about 7 weeks out, hopefully many will already know what they are going to enter at the show, even if you plan to finish it in your hotel room Thursday or Friday night. If you have not pre-registered your model entries, now would be a great time to get the 'paper work' done before packing for the show. Visit the newly designed AMPS homepage for the "Register" link to get started. If you've never pre-registered on-line for the show, no worries. It's pretty simple, plus there is help available if you run into any issues. AMPS Show Pre-registration is open until April 13, 2017. Some of the advantages to pre-registration:
- fill out paperwork in the comfort and privacy of your own place. No need to be pressured into remembering all the details and upgrades you've added to your model entries while your friends are waiting on you to finish up or are already enjoying the show and buying up all the good stuff in the vendors' room.
- there's a special line at the show for those who pre-registered, where you can drop off your paperwork and entries, then enjoy the show. NOTE: Don't forget to print out your forms after you've registered on-line.
- another advantage is all your model entry forms will be typed, so it's much easier for judges to read and recognize all work done to the model entry.

If you haven't renewed your AMPS membership, you can easily do that securely on-line while pre-registering for the show. Also, visit the category sponsorship link and consider sponsoring or co-sponsoring a model category.
