Thx for the kind words Colin. I am waiting for the nuts and bolts now. as I already got 580 holes predrilled, so it will take some time... Still some missing, but I might just nor predrill them as they are hidden inside the frame.

I am actually not, which is why a flying baseball had smashed the tender previously and in the aftermath had to be repaired. This "kit" is a good practice for patience however😂.

Stef - First time thru the pgs of this impressive build, and can only admire your dedication and determination. Not a loco guy, (well maybe back in the day ) but your detailed descriptions, info, and progress are much appreciated!
Makes one want to read up a bit on the "Age of Steam".

Beautiful use of mixed media, and the "if it ain't right, redo it!" approach is admired as well. Not your everyday subject matter either.
Looking frwd to how you advance the painting stage and the start of the diorama!
