Hi.
Just purchased my first car kit (armour and wingy builder for a few years) and can't wait to start it soon.
So of course I already have the itch to add a few more car models to the stash.
I was wondering if Revell of Germany kits are reboxed Revell kits or new tooling?
Sorry if this was a silly question. Thanks for your time.
Jeff

Some of their American cars are Revell/,Monogram. I believe Revell AG concentrates more on European cars though so much of their portfolio is their own releases. (Although they did rebox some Hasegawa items at one point).
If your interests are things like muscle cars and dragsters keep in mind Revell USA also reboxes Monogram kits as well -Revell-Monogram and Revell AG are both owned by Hobbico.
Another option is Round2 models..they re -issue old brands such as Polar Lights, Lindberg, Amt, Mpc, etc. Some of their AMT moulds have been cleaned up and decals improved. You can also buy the old AMT custom parts lines. They favour original retro packaging, etc. Pretty cool kits actually.

I believe RoG kits are 1/24th and Revell/Monogram are 1/25th scale
