Introduction
Woodshed With Tools is a laser-cut wood kit from Model Scene. This HO-1/87 kit is item 98516.

This kit is also available in TT-1/120 and N-1/160.

Woodshed With Tools
Model Scene uses fine wood and some cardstock parts. The wood is thin with very fine grain. The laser cutting is precise. There are 56 parts.

Five pieces assemble a stump.

Six parts assemble two saws.

Two pieces create an ax.

A dozen pieces build a sawbuck.

The wood pile is made by sandwiching four pieces together.

There are 13 discarded sawed ends.

The remaining 14 pieces build the shed.

Detail
Wood log ends are leased into the woodpile. Some boards have knotholes cut into them. The saw blades have teeth lased into them.

Instructions
Model Scene's instructions are good. Clearly printed. However, some pieces are not well labeled, such as part(s) 24. Some are long. Some are short. Each has the same number.

Conclusion
Model Scene's Woodshed With Tools is a fine detailed model of a very common structure. It features clean laser cutting and detail. I can only complain that some parts are not clearly labeled on the otherwise top-notch instruction sheet.

This is a very appealing fine lineside structure common everywhere in the world. Recommended.

Please remember to mention to vendors and retailers that you saw this kit here - on RailRoad Modeler.
