Initial Report –1/700th USS Massachusetts BB-59 from Trumpeter

Trumpeter have announced the released of their 1/700thth USS Massachusetts BB-59. This kitset is to contain 378 parts on 10 sprues and includes the upper hull, lower hull, waterline plate, & main deck. The kitsets additional features comprise of 16” 45 cal gun turrets and 5” 38 cal gun turrets and two OS2U-1 seaplanes.
The manufacturers product code is 5761.
The expected release date is January 2010 and the suggested retail price at this stage is approximately US $39.95.
